I would not recommend this store if you have a pickup order. I went to pickup my order twice but the associate/manager who works there is not friendly at all. As soon as you enter the store she will keep staring at you no greetings at all. I had to pickup 3 necklaces as a gift for someone, I asked her if i can get bags and she rolled her eyes like c'mon are you paying for those bags or does the manufacturing costs affects you!! and this time there was another lady with her she gave me horrifying look. LADIES you gotta stay at home if you can't provide good customer service. I paid enough to get 3 bags for the merchandise and there is no harm in that.
Somebody needs to pay attention or talk to them. I hope corporate takes action, if not people out there please choose another location.

The store employee and assistant manager are the best. Super nice and knew how to make customers happy. Not like the north park store manager Humberto. He sucks at his job like no one we have ever experienced. Make the trip to Plano worth the trip and the experience.

I came to get a gift and they didn’t have all the options (they didn’t have what I wanted) but I made do with what they had. Service was good though!

This review is not about the people at this business, but the greedy jerks setting corporate policy. The business is clearly in the business of money, nothing else. Their return policy requires an original receipt and original form of payment. Can you get a copy of your receipt? No. Do they have a copy of your original receipt? Yes. They have everything they need to fulfill a reasonable return, but apparently it’s company policy to make this more difficult for the consumer. This is a pretty good indicator that they don’t have confidence in the value of their product.

Humberto and Macy are absolutely amazing!!! I had a watch that needed to be resized and they welcomed me with open arms even though i came right at closing. Would buy more things based on their customer service alone!!!

definately 10 of 10 customer service! Hidai was my guide. She did a brilliant job. I went in there to look at the start wars stuff... two braclets for bday gifts later. Thank you Hidai!I asked her if she like her job. she said. I love my job, I love helping my customers and I care about my store, there ya go!

The item was available in the store and the sales lady did not want to replace / Exchange it. When the policy Cleary offer an exchange with a valid receipt with in the warranty.

Worst service ever on Valentine’s Day. I came in to purchase a bracelet and the sales person did greet me or ask if I needed anything. Three other gentleman came in 5 minutes after and she chose to speak with them and assist them instead of helping the only woman in the store. Such a disgusting way to act! Highly disappointed!
