Bought a pair of boots from here about 9 months ago. I had an issue with the inside of the upper on my boots getting messed up. I took them in, and they gladly replaced the pair for me and even took care of the price increase from when I bought them. Great customer service, and Carson was more than happy to give some helpful advice on picking out a jacket while I was there. Thank you to Carson and the manager that helped take care of me.

Robin helped us out a couple days ago and she was so sweet & knowledgeable, especially for me who has no idea about the different fits and styles of cowboy boots. She was great and the other associates were very friendly.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Tecovas Boots! I needed a special pair of boots personalized for my brother's wedding, and Morgan went above and beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly patient, took the time to understand exactly what my brother wanted, and made sure every detail was perfect. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process a breeze. The boots turned out amazing and added a unique touch to the wedding. I highly recommend Tecovas and Morgan for anyone looking for quality and personalized service!

Went in today and bought my first pair of Tecovas. The store associate Courtney helped me out tremendously. From picking out to purchasing to branding my boots for me! Her professionalism and courteousness was great. Having a glass of bourbon before leaving was definitely a nice touch!

Not a bad store but a few odd experiences. First time I got some boots and it was nice and when I asked to brand them they said they couldn’t on those shafts. Went to northpark to ask and they said they could do it just with a different technique. Either this store just didn’t want to do it or had no idea how to properly.
Called ahead about a wallet and made sure it was the right one, said they got a bunch in stock and next day went and they had none. Apparently they didn’t know their stock on the ostrich so wasted a trip there.

Boots are easy to buy, but they lack after-market insole support to buy. Boots are well made but bought them on sale.

Morgan, the store manager, and her team were exceptional. Just the right type of attentiveness without being overbearing. I will always go here when I need to buy a pair of boot with a little TLC.

This store is just all sorts of amazing! I initially visited in April with my family and we just had the best time with Liz. Super awesome personality and just overall a great person. Came back in today and had an even better experience! We were helped by Liz & Morgan and they just rolled the red carpet out. All employees working were extremely friendly and just made us feel at home. Such a great business and staff! Cannot wait to come back with friends and family!

Meh. I am looking for a new pair of every day working boots (actual horse work). I have a pair of Luskey's that are about 15 years old and its time.
I was excited to see they had calfskin boots with leather soles. First, they do not do custom sizing, making, nothing. It is 100% off the rack. This is an issue because they only carry two widths: D and EE.
Those of us whose feet are not average or slightly wide are out of luck.
Again, meh. They are probably fine for the majority of the market, and a business should do just that. But for this cowboy, I can't wear them and that is limiting.

Came here to look for wedding boots and was super excited for the experience only to be left with a bad taste in my mouth and true disappointment. The two younger gentlemen "working" here Sunday 4/21 were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asking for boots to try on. They were on their phones sitting down at the bar until I approached them for help and were not friendly at all when I did. They did not want to engage in conversation and made me seem like an inconvenience that I was there. You would think a higher end brand would want someone more inviting and friendly to help guests, especially when Tecovas cares so much about the experience their guest have that comes with their product. If I decide I want to get a pair after that encounter, I will def be going to North Park.

The customer service here is horrible! I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged or helped at all initially for about 5 minutes. A Rep was having a conversation and acted as if he didn’t see me. I will say there is a sales rep named Victor who was busy when i initially walked in but as soon as he was free he assisted me and i appreciated him he did a phenomenal job and was quick. since I’ve shopped with the brand multiples times prior at different locations I’ll not be returning to this one!

Victor took such good care of me when I purchased my boots that I went back and got boots for my wife and daughter. I got was patient and answered all our questions. Great service by Victor and great boots as well.
