Hours: Tecovas is a premium western brand specializing in handmade men’s and women’s cowboy boots and western goods. The Plano location is well-stocked with high-quality products, including boots crafted from luxurious calfskin and exotic leathers like full-quill ostrich and alligator. Customers describe the store as clean and beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by complimentary drinks, including bourbon. Many reviews highlight the friendly and knowledgeable staff, with specific mentions of employees like Olivia and Emerson, who assist customers patiently while providing valuable fashion advice. Visitors appreciate the excellent customer service, noting that the sales team is polite and accommodating. While most experiences are positive, one customer faced an issue with mismatched boot sizes after an online purchase. However, the store manager, Robin, handled the situation with professionalism, ultimately allowing an exchange despite initial restrictions. This incident demonstrated the store's commitment to customer satisfaction and highlighted the ability of the staff to navigate complex situations effectively. Overall, Tecovas offers a great boot shopping experience in DFW, making it a recommended destination for anyone in search of authentic cowboy boots and accessories.
