This bank allowed someone to steal $250,000 from my sister’s bank account and are refusing to pay her back for fraudulent charges. I thought all banks were FDIC Insured. This is a disgrace. Everybody needs to take their money out of that bank . My sister is having to sue them.

I've been at this bank for over 20 years. I own a small business and have required minimal to no help from them. Now, there are $140+ charges showing up on my account. The customer service number is useless when I call to get explanations. So - I go to other alternatives - still no clear answer. There has to be better... read full comment

I was so excited to find this bank. But now I needed to ger a trust account. They have drug thier feet like they don't care. I am so frustrated and thinking of pulling my accounts
