I'm not happy with the service at all. It's not enough I didn't receive the full refund, the person I spoke would not explain the reason for partial refund and would not give me straight answers to my straight questions. Would run and go around to avoid telling me the truth.

Send two checks to the bank. They still haven't received the 2nd one. What is the point of gap insurance if I am still going to owe something after they pay it.
