The insurance coverage is good, but the customer support is horrendous. Long wait times after going through multiple call menus. When you request a call back, the agent cannot help you with the billing issue and transfers you to another number with another long wait time. The website to manage your account is missing key features about payment options. I love Toyota...just wish their insurance sales and website were as good as their vehicles.

I'm not happy with the service at all. It's not enough I didn't receive the full refund, the person I spoke would not explain the reason for partial refund and would not give me straight answers to my straight questions. Would run and go around to avoid telling me the truth.

If you're looking for insurance that's priced the same or more expensive than some of the bigger known carriers then this is your choice. There is 0 customer service in case you have questions or need help with a claim and need to speak to someone via phone call to their 866 number. The chat service only has 1 agent that seems to manage the entire operation. The primary way to get any help is to email them. I've worked with smaller insurance providers in the past and they at least had a person you can talk to and experience wasn't low beyond the price. I would steer clear away from Toyota Insurance, this is an honest review from a customer of theirs. You're much better off with bigger agency or even a medium sized one who has customer service and ways for you to get help.

I just wanted to say the I am thankful to have gotten your email about Toyota insurance. I talked with Samantha and she was so helpful. She took her time with me to be sure I was getting everything I wanted. Very professional. Very nice and friendly. I got my policy today. Yeah Yeah. It is less than what I was paying.Thank you again

Shout out to my new friend Victor. He was super professional and very kind. He was very understanding and helped me get insurance for my new car.I was looking for a new insurance since another company told me I had to pay an outrageous amount of money and I was just requesting information. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve gotten a different insurance. If you ever need an insurance policy, ask for Victor. He will get you right!!! And thank you again Victor.
