I called in today to make updates to my policy. I recently purchased a new car and needed to switch out the car covered on my policy. I spoke with Adriann Cueva and he was extremely helpful and very personable. He asked all the right questions and gave me the information needed. He’s working with the applications department to see if there’s a lower rate and I appreciate his time and his expertise. I’m hoping a lower rate can be found. I appreciate Adriann and his time.

Adriann Cueva went over and beyond to help me determine why my premium was so much higher. I had called in twice to get assistance from a customer service agent, asking them why my bill was so high, and the only thing that they could tell me was that California went up in insurance. If they had taken the time to look at my file, they would have found out I was charged more because of errors with my account. Adrian was also kind, polite, and patient while listening to me. WAY TO GO ADRIANN, you are a keeper, the other two agents should be fired!!!!!!
