The hitch installer was kind, to the point and under promised and over delivered by having my hitch install completed ahead of schedule.

Good customer service. I was able to wait for them to install the hitch and it took about an hour. Make sure you ask when the technician will be there so you don’t make an appointment and find out the technician has not arrived yet.
