Please note that this review is not related to the employees. The employees that I interacted with were awesome.
It is not related to the facility and vehicle condition either, both were very clean.
It is about overcharging 25 miles when I returned the vehicle. It was rented for a full day, and I returned it after a couple of hours.
Based on my past many years of experience with U-Haul, it did not occur to me that the mileage reading could be wrong when I took the vehicle. Well, I drove it for about 5 miles and re-fueled it with one gallon of gas, returned it and at night when got in front of computer and printed the receipt, I noticed the overcharge. In morning I went back to U-Haul, explained my case and I was told they could not do anything about it and suggested checking all information completely.
When I looked at the reviews on this location, I noticed that the are at least two more cases claiming mileage overcharge.
When you are picking up your rental from this location, you may want to be sure that you are taking pictures of the information on the dash as well as any possible damage to the vehicle.

This location has a Rat problem. It always smells like dead Rats! I home my things are not picking up the smell. I will be moving in January.

Always friendly folks behind the counter which seems to be an exception with a lot of U-Haul stores that I've been to over the years. Especially enjoy interacting with the young lady, always as nice as she is beautiful!

First of all, the employee who helped me was AWESOME. This is purely so that poor guy gets relief. Not that he complained AS HE SHOULD. But there is NO AC in this store!!! This poor employee was LITERALLY POURING sweat. How awful of a company to not care about their employee like that. UHAUL NEEDS TO STEP UP. Insane they abuse people like this. Employee? Great. Company? TRASH.

I don't even want to give this location one star!!!! I've rented at this location before, years ago. I came to the location on Alma dr. and the property has trash and debris all over the property grounds. I figured that I'm not needing to move in right away I'm gonna come back in about a week and see if the trash has been addressed. I come back this afternoon, didn't even stop!!! The same nasty trash and more is still blowing all over the property. A WEEK LATER AND NOBODY HAS CARED ENOUGH TO CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY!!!! I figure if they don't care about their curb appeal, they definitely won't care about my personal belongings. SO DISAPPOINTING AND DISCUSTING....
