This is not the USAA they advertise and every interaction seems to be getting worse. Guess it’s time to back to State Farm

Phone service terrible. Would not connect to an agent. Drove an hour only to find out they don't have member services. I drove an 88 yr old woman who was a member and with drew plenty of money to deposit with you. Very disappointing!!! Terrible service..none
