Guy who runs passports should be fired cancelled everyone’s passport appointments past 12 noon. Doesn’t care that people take off work and haul their kids up here to wait on him. Totally a joke and a waste of time

Sam the Indian customer service agent that you see when you first walk in the building is rude. This man clearly needs to be retrained. He has absolutely No good customer service skills whatever. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The man is rude unprofessional and just downright not a people's person. He does not know how to properly explain things when customer tells him what they have need of. Why is this man even working at this post office? He needs to be in the back and not in the front dealing with customers. Horrible experience. Horrible man. Unprofessional. He needs to be retrained.

Is there an option for 0 stars? If so, I'd choose that one. Horrible service. Relying on taxpayer funds and yet treat people horribly.

I went to this location and had a horrible experience with the staff there. They spoke down on other Post Offices in different areas for being efficient enough to actually get the job done. We spent a lot of time and money on a large scale mailing campaign only to be told our mailers didn’t qualify to be mailed out when their website clearly states that we followed the guidelines given by the USPS and we have sent the same mailers out from other offices around the area with absolutely zero issues. The employee working the desk was very rude to me and wouldn’t even provide his name. He was very adamant on me not speaking to a supervisor, but eventually did allow me to speak to who he said was his supervisor, a man named Eric. He provided no more help than the original employee I spoke to and told me “He’s been doing this a long time, I believe he knows what he’s doing, so I really don’t know what to tell you.”

This location is in desperate need of new management. The employees are not even performing 50% of their job duties and are extremely rude to the tax payers. This review is to remind these people that we, the tax payers, pay your salaries. Y’all better start doing your jobs!!!

Subject: Very Disappointing Experience at USPS – Passport & Photo Services
Hello All,
I generally don’t leave reviews unless the experience is exceptionally good or extremely bad — unfortunately, this one falls into the latter.
I recently visited this USPS location to apply for my newborn baby’s passport, including the photo service.
The officer assisting us, Victor, was by far the most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in a government office.
I greeted him politely — but he didn’t even bother to respond.
I kindly requested 5 minutes to calm my baby for the photo, but he showed visible frustration and was even rude to my wife for asking.
We had to return the next day, arriving early, as it was a walk-in system and they allow only 4 per day.
Despite being early, he again behaved rudely — this time about photocopies, even though their location offers photocopy service.
If staff members lack patience, they should not offer photocopy services at all. We ended up walking to a nearby CVS to get it done.
Over my four visits to this location, I’ve noticed several others complain about this same individual, and yet no action seems to have been taken.
🇺🇸 The U.S. is known for its kindness and respect, especially toward newborns and families — but this specific location and officer do not reflect those values.
I sincerely request others to avoid this location for passport and photo services, especially if you are a walk-in applicant with a newborn.
To USPS leadership: please train your staff, especially Mr. Victor, on how to communicate and behave with empathy — particularly with families and infants.
If possible, I would give this location a 0-star rating due to this experience.

Dirty nasty place. So sad this is a United States facility and is so poorly kept. Amazing how employees are still working at 8pm and later .... riding on overtime??? Is there a supervisor at this location?
