I’d say only use this location if you can just use Self Service options. Talking with the guy at the counter was no fun. Maybe he was having a bad day. I definitely did not leave with joy in my heart lol. I watched him treat the others before me the same way.

Today is Walk-Ins for Passport applicants between the hours of 9am-10am. I got there at 8:30am. There was 1 person that came in before me. I’m not understanding how I’m looking at the lady that does passports walk around and converse with her employees before making it over to her desk at 9:18am. 18 minutes have gone by that could have been used for walk-in times. The system is not fair. If walk-in appointments start at 9am then it should be someone there at 9am taking people back. This is beyond ridiculous. You would think with the low ratings someone in management would intervene with staffing to help with customer complaints.

The clerks at the counter had no clue what they were even doing. Putting my shipping address wrong and arguing for over 20 minutes

Consistently let's me down. From incredibly long lines to rude tellers. The drop box handle has been broken for about a month now. It's only two screws. And today, the Dropbox was so full that I had to stand in line for prepaid packages. What a joke this place is

Hi USPS. The Drive-Up Snorkel Collection Box Receptacles here were overflowing yesterday. My picture isn’t great but there are two side-by-side drive-up collection boxes and they were both completely full. Anyone could easily reach in and grab mail if they wanted to. I certainly wasn’t comfortable putting a letter in there so I parked and went in. Nice ppl inside though.

We recently went to apply for a passport during walk-in hours and experienced very poor service. Walk-ins were not handled properly, resulting in people standing in line for hours. If the facility cannot manage walk-ins efficiently, it raises the question of why they advertise walk-in hours on their website.

The woman who gets packages at the blue door is really nice, esp considering how much abuse she has to take from customers. DON'T put your mail in the boxes outside, they don't enough then enough and mail is often stolen. Get out of your car and bring it inside.

Helpful Staff but service is slow. Especially PP service as one person has to do it all. Payment is outside the room for PP service. Why can't they have one in the room to avoid juggling in and out of the room.

I didn't understand ONE WORD that India or Middle Eastern guy said. If you can't speak English, you should learn how. I'm amazed the Post Office let this dark brown man hire on. What's happening to the USA? You need a class in English at night.

I had a passport appointment for my daughter today and Jackie, who processed our documents was very helpful, professional, patient and very kind. I just wished there were more USPS employees like Jackie. Not often you find such a kind and accommodating person.

I would give a zero star if I could. Poor service and beyond rude. This location claimed that the letter carrier attempted to deliver a package to my residence but no one was there. My camera points at the porch and no one came to the door. This is the second time this has happened, where they claimed they attempted delivery and the camera says otherwise. When I called this Coit location the lady was immediately rude and said what do you want me to do about it. I asked is my package at the post office or will they deliver tomorrow. She said no they will not delivery tomorrow. And she does not know if the package is at the post office, but the carrier was still on the street out delivering and I said call him/her and ask to delivery since they never came by. She said she could not do that. (Yes she can - I had a friend recently retire from the USPS as a letter carrier and he said yes they can and he has done this). Then she said she will tell the carrier to delivery tomorrow, but if he again does not delivery then I should pick up at the post office. When I told her the camera showed no one coming to the door she became extremely rude. In this day and time where people take their jobs for granted and are this rude is beyond my imagination.
