I went to this location today to turn in my iPhone 13 Pro Max as a trade for IPhone 16 pro that I purchased from a different Verizon Location in Richardson last Sunday. When I hand over my iPhone 13 plus to the salesman said it was FAKE upon checking just the screen and the Camera. I told him it’s real because I purchased that IPhone years ago from Verizon. He insisted it was FAKE because the screen and the camera look different. I told him it was replaced because it was damaged. He didn’t check the software or data to see if it was real or not he was hell bent on proving it was FAKE. He even asked the female clerk that was with a customer to show him an iPhone 13 Pro Max for comparison. I was so upset and embarrassed with the unprofessional conduct of this person. He called the manager and the manager said the IPhone 13 Pro Max that I have is not fake. There was no apology from this person.

Evident discrimination based on language and racial profiling. The manager of the Tuesday afternoon shift—after being informed I was waiting for an interpreter, deliberately decided to skip my turn in line. While waiting for my turn for over 30 min already, a new customer comes in and the manager immediately calls her turn to be assisted instead of me. All this while I observed he acknowledged I was already waiting for my turn. Having been the only racial minority in the room with limited English proficiency, it was quite evident the racial preferrences for assistance from the staff. Very unethical, reflecting the lack of professionalism coming from the manager, someone representative of the values of the company.

I done been to this store twice on 2 different occasions and nobody can help. They don’t even try to help or figure out the problem. Always saying call support it’s nothing they can do then you call support and shit still can’t be fixed ! Been dealing with sos mode for 3 days with no help from not person at Verizon rather it’s the store or customer support !

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service I received from this place was horrible with techs acting like they did not know what they were doing. I don't know if I looked too different or what but it was ridiculous. First and foremost, who do not greet customers when you walk into an establishment? Who try to sneak and text about a customer and get caught doing it? Who doesn't look into your account to know you have an extended warranty and was supposed to be offered a replacement phone? Maybe the sales reps in the store knew better but just didn't want to service me. I've been with Verizon phone service probably longer than most have been working there.
I know the surroundings are recorded so I want the store manager or owner to run those cameras back on June 22, 2024 at 1pm and then let's have a conversation but trust me corporate is aware of everything that took place at that store. I could have been a secret shopper...don't judge books by their covers.

Evan was very kind to stay late one night with me because my phone was not working properly. Getting an iPhone from an android has not been an easy process. Him and another associate stayed 2 hours late to figure out what was wrong with my phone. I really appreciate cause I needed it to work right for my business. He went above and beyond!

I had a serious issue with MyVerizon account due to a syncing error with my ID and the phone number. Online chat and phone calls were not very helpful until I visited this store.
At the door, we met Rafa, who was really supportive and actively helped with an issue. Seemed like it was very tough challenge but Rafa took care of it to resolve the problem. I 100% recommend this store and Rafa!

My family and I have been Verizon customers for many many years. Thankfully we don't hardly ever have to go into the store, literally maybe once every 2 yrs. We changed our plan last month because our data kept running out, and it was a really old plan. We've been getting a 22% discount due to the company my husband works for, but when I changed the plan over the phone with a customer service rep, he told me the employer discount went away and would have to be readded to the new plan but we still would get the same discount....I just needed to fill out an online form or go into the store with my husband's company ID badge. We've had to do this before when we made changes to the plan so it's wasnt new to us. We stopped by today and there was no wait, so that was a plus but the representative knew nothing about employer discounts so he went to his boss, standing in the back of the store where we could see them talking, and the salesman came back and said they don't offer employer discounts anymore, the person I spoke to on the phone must not have known what he was talking about, yet he looked up my husband's company while I was on the phone to make sure we would still get the discount. He misspelled it the first time and said he couldn't find it so I spelled it out and he said "oh yes, it's here - you get the discount". So I asked the salesman at the store what would the phone representative have looked up if they don't even offer the discounts anymore? He said he didn't know but they don't offer it. He never took the time to look anything up himself even though there was no one waiting. I found out when I got home they actually DO still offer the employer discounts - it's on THEIR website! Why does he and his boss not know this? I will be calling and reporting this store to corporate. What a waste of time! He said we could get a discount bc my son, who is also on our plan, is a first responder but he can't help us with that....we have to do it online. Why are they even there? This is the first time in all the years we've used this particular store for our Verizon business that they did nothing for us but give us completely false information. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I went to this store to upgrade my phone. Alex Bronzo helped me select the right Android phone for my needs, and also assisted in getting the data swapped over from an old iPhone. He was knowledgeable and professional, and he checked our account to ensure that we were getting the best deal. I always use this store when I need help - nothing but positive experiences
