The bank manager here didn't want to approve a cashiers check, kept us for almost 2 hours across two days. Of all things a cashiers check from another major bank, he tried to pawn off the duty on the person who opened out account. In this bank there is a lady with the name THan, she gives a super embarrassing service, she almost yells at you, she has no experience in customer service, I am with Wells Fargo for 14 years, but with this service, I plan to close my account, be careful with this person.
