Best Western Plus Pleasanton Hotel is a quiet and relaxing getaway hotel. The rooms are nice, clean, and cold. The staff is kind, helpful, polite, and friendly. The lobby is beautifully decorated and has an awesome coffee machine. Breakfast is wonderful and convenient, though the eggs are not enjoyed by all. The pool is clean but a little small; it was once noted as greenish. There is sometimes only one elevator, which can make weird noises. The cleaning crew occasionally misses a room, but the experience is great and guests plan to stay again.
It was a great experience but the pool was greenish and there was only one elevator that was making weird noises and sometimes took a long time to open the elevator door.

The only complaint i have is the cleaning crew missed my room a couple of times. But all good the front desk staff was very helpful if ever in the area again I will stay here

Great hotel in Pleasanton. Nice rooms. Hotel is pretty new. Had a nice relaxing outdoor pool area. Nice place to stay.
