The Hampton Inn Pleasanton is a great and highly recommended hotel. It is very well-remodeled with clean rooms that are super quiet and feature comfortable beds. The quality is consistent. The staff is friendly, helpful, very polite, professional, and goes above and beyond. They are incredibly nice, respectful, and make guests feel very welcomed. Specific mention is made of outstanding and fast service from the housekeeping manager and the front desk, as well as an awesome and extremely respectful night shift counter person. The daily breakfast, which starts early, is included and is great. A nice touch is the daily evening snacks or supper served on weekdays in the breakfast area. The hotel also offers fruit infused ice water in the lobby. It has an outdoor swimming pool. The location is close to a lot of food options. Guests will not regret staying at this hotel.
Staff will address any issues in a timely manner, and always helpful.

Lots of things did not work. Mostly construction workers staying there.

Had a good trip and my hotel stay was really good, the hotel was supposedly remodeled recently but the bathroom I stayed in didn’t look very remodeled they had also took out the hot tub, which was the only reason I picked this hotel
