I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Hampton Inn (2057 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX).
At around 3:35 AM, my party was suddenly disturbed by a loud knock at the door. A staff member named Angela said she needed to check for a leak. One of my guests was in the shower, and we politely asked her to wait just a couple of minutes. Once she came in, she claimed she might need to return later.
Out of concern, I went downstairs to see the damage she mentioned. The entire business center had visible water damage coming from the ceiling near the sprinkler system, which clearly had nothing to do with my room. When I tried to discuss this with the staff, I was met with disrespect and rude behavior. Angela made unnecessary side comments, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected with Wally, the General Manager, who was even more dismissive and unprofessional.
When I asked for higher-level management information to escalate the issue, Wally chose instead to call the police and forcefully end my stay at 4:30 AM. I was left with no choice but to drive an hour to San Antonio in the middle of the night to find another hotel.
This type of treatment is completely unacceptable for a Hilton property. I was not only disrespected as a guest but also left stranded without accommodations because of how poorly the staff handled the situation.
I would strongly caution others to reconsider staying here until management and customer service are drastically improved.

Traveled to Pleasanton, Texas on business and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Great hotel. Rooms were super quiet and of course the daily breakfast, which starts at 3:00am, is included. Nice touch having the fruit infused ice water in the lobby after a long day in the Texas heat. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was there for work. I don't know what else there is to do or see around there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and they served supper on weekdays.

It is a very well-remodeled hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is very polite. It is close to alot of the food options. They also have dinner in the hotel.

I've been to a number of Hampton Inns, and they're typically great. This one was better than most! The staff went above and beyond, even with me needing laundry done in an emergency. They have daily evening snacks/food in the breakfast area, which was a happy surprise. Rooms were clean and I've been here twice, so the quality was consistent.

The true definition of “Just okay”.
Poor quality remodeling job, sinks are clogged, the hotel shakes at random times throughout the night. Almost feels like there’s some really unstable laundry machines right underneath you lol. Cleaning staff is really nice however the front desk staff’s customer service is horrible. Every morning they stand in a circle gossiping and complaining about other workers and whatnot. Took 20 minutes to get checked in and the nice cleaning lady had to go try and find the girl working the desk for me because she was nowhere to be found. Also, none of the gym equipment worked.
If you have to stay here then I would say it’s fine but definitely don’t go out of your way to stay here.

I'm a Regional Commercial Sales Manager and I travel every other week. I've stayed at many Hilton family hotels, but last night was first time here. The overnight counter person Josh was awesome, he really seemed to enjoy his job and made sure that I felt great about my stay. It's hard to find folks like that, Thank You Josh!

I wasn't going to write a review but feel I have too. I had a problem that was handled very fast & professional. I'm not trying to sound like a weirdo. But to the lucky guy that has the house keeper manager as there women. I think she may have been Mexican spoke great english. My apology if your not. At the pleasanton hampton inn, mad respect not only is she a gorgeous women but very very respectful smelt very good. She went with me to see about a problem. Normally gorgeous women are disrespectful. She deserves a raise outstanding. The house keeper worker was respectful also and the front desk lady is a sweetheart. Short wears glasses absolutely incredibly nice. To a friend I met is alot to say but Im gonna say. Joshua on night shift is a go getter answers all my questions and extremely respectful. Transferred my job here to Texas and the people makes me feel very welcomed. House keeper manager keep up the good work and stay looking gorgeous and respectful. Makes you look even more outstanding thank you so much for taking immediate action. If I could give a 100 stars I would. You will not regret staying at this hotel.

We had some very delayed flights today and just could not drive the 3 hours to our final destination. We found this was a "work" approved hotel so we decided stopping would be our best move. We did online check in but found once we got in that they are in renovation process so check in online wasent quite working right. No biggie Joshua the nighttime worker was super nice and super helpful. We told Joshua about our travel day and he was kind enough to not only give us our water (we are diamond members, but have noticed that just getting water at Hampton inns is hard to get let alone anything extra) but Joshua also got us some snacks too (hubby is diabetic so this was super helpful as we never had a chance to get dinner). We also had a hard time getting the key to work and Joshua came and helped us. Apparently the fix is to go up with the handle not down. We ended up with 2 queens as there were no kings left, bed was comfy, pillows were great. The head board did some weird creak when we flipped over at night, we did not have a chance to experience any of the other amenities. Do note this hotel seems to be under renovation some parts seem nice and new and some seem like they have not been changed out yet (ripped bed skirt, but soft new pillows). Once again please thank Joshua for being the highlight of our day.

Had a pleasent stay. Room clean, comfortable beds. Breakfest however wss horrible. I love sausage patties, but server needs some prepping skills. Looks like they came out of the freezer and just popped in a warmer. Nasty.
