Bert has the best store around always so helpful and he has a great staff they all make me feel like I am always the best customer oh wait a minute I am lol no but seriously they are great at the Pleasanton store !

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I had a delivery that couldn't be completed and the manager rescheduled it for me the next day. Thank you for the wonderful service. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this store.

So random but their wet cat food brand is the ONLY brand of wet food my cat will will eat! I’ve tried sooooooo many different brands and their brand she loves!
