Why did I receive a random phone call from them and the man said “can I help you?!” In an aggressive tone. I replied with “ummm you called me?” He replied “no I didn’t, liar.” And hung up lol what is this company?

I believe they wrote the book for poor customer service. Service out for Thursday to Monday. Tech didn't fix the problem, reset something and ran. Their equipment needs an upgrade, not a band-aid
