“I came here for lunch with a group while visiting my boyfriend in McCoy, and I’m really glad we stopped in. Our server was kind and attentive, and the food was genuinely good. I got the club sandwich—bread was nicely toasted, and I added a little Tabasco for some extra flavor. My boyfriend and his mom had burgers that were juicy and satisfying. Considering I’m from Corpus, where everything is just a couple minutes away, this place felt a little more remote—but that added to the charm. The only small downside was that the tissue holders were a bit dusty, but honestly, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely eat here again.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
