I believe they wrote the book for poor customer service. Service out for Thursday to Monday. Tech didn't fix the problem, reset something and ran. Their equipment needs an upgrade, not a band-aid

Customer service reps are glorified answering machines. Same script "Tier 2 rep will call you back." Not once in all of the calls to report service outages did anyone ever call, text, or even leave a voicemail if they had. I'm less than a mile from the tower with an unobstructed view and service drops CONSTANTLY and often. Ziplink is not worth the hassle.

This is by far the most unreliable Internet service I have ever used. They only reason I am able to say this is because I have used wifi pucks in other countries in the world and have never experienced a signal this unreliable. For instance I am doing homework projects or business studies and lost of network, then you are not able to get a hold of anyone to make a complaint about the issue. The worst part is the tower they use is less than a mile away with line of sight. Will be searching for a better more reliable internet signal in the next 1-2 months .

I’ll go ahead and give it 2 Stars , the internet while it was on worked great , here recently they had frequent outages with no ETA’s , they said they were short handed and would get it up asap. My issue was with customer service. This last time we called I wished we would have recorded it. My husband was talking to him about it being out over 2 weeks and no one had come out and I work from home , the young man hung the phone up on my husband. When my husband called back he said well I don’t know why you were hung up on maybe you were yelling at our men. 1st off he was not yelling and had it been recorded it would prove that I think he got tired of listening to our concerns and just hung up. Most of the time the customer service department is not easy to get a hold of. Myself , my uncle and my cousin all had zip link and recently we went to T-Mobile 5G box which works better than we thought it was going to. And they have better customer service.

Don't get this Internet if you actually want internet. Service is out almost every weekend and many evenings. Customer service is non existent. They don't answer phones and don't return email or voicemail messages. They will continue charging your account every month.

Seriously the worst internet experience. Forget trying to watch any thing after 7pm. Constantly going down, almost never get near paid for speeds. If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer or call you back, they blame your equipment. If only we had a better option.

It’s great when you’re doing online training for work and the internet goes out randomly. You’d think with how much they charge their customers that they could stay on top of this. As soon as Starlink is available, I’ll be switching

Horrible customer service, internet is always going out or extremely slow, we make several calls and voice messages and never get a response or a call back. I work from home and it effects it a lot. If we had other or better options we would change over in a heartbeat.
