“Amy specifically and the staff here at the Port Aransas location are the most efficient and diligent in their role as bank employees. Always a welcoming greeting when you come in, laughter, happiness, takes care of all customer needs in a joyful amd professional manner. This is by far the best bank that I have banked with. I have 6 credit cards and two bank facilities on top of that and the customer service here at this location is by far the very best. Thank you Amy”

“The customer service is exceptional. All of the staff members are trained on their job exceptionally well. Brooke, Miranda, Kim, and Marjorie are awesome! There was a problem with my card and these women worked on finding a solution for well over 4 days and guess what...they did! Definitely love doing business here!”

“Brand new community credit union location! This place is nice! There's a drive-thru and they have plenty of tellers and the whole place looks new and fresh! I love their landscaping, the palm trees look fantastic! It's not as nice as the Rockport location. That one has the friendliest tellers, and the nicest location that's just so convenient. But when I run into Aransas Pass, this location will do. They have good rates on their banking products and they offer a wide range of loans and savings and checking accounts, tailored for the military family. This really is community banking. You keep coming back, and they learn your name. They really go for service, and really try to make you feel like you're not just some account number, you're a valued customer. I really appreciate what they're doing here, and think this is a great member of the community- they chip in on local high school sports teams and yearbooks and the like.”

“I have banked with Kathy and Ann since before Ann was with Prosperity. Ann saved my butt, by financing my business , home, and later even more while I was financially suffering. Ann and Kathy have been amazing to me and amazing to my practice for years. During Harvey, I had to borrow money to keep my payroll afloat, and Kathy drove all the way from Corpus to pick up and deposit a check for me! These people are family and I owe my success to outstanding bankers and outstanding staff!!! Thank you all for all you do!!!!”

“This is a tiny IBC Bank branch nestled inside the Walmart on 1069. It's adjacent to the doors on the right side of the building (when looking from the parking lot). We've always used the big banks (since we lived in Austin) until we moved to the coast, but here most banks, if not all, are relatively small. Does this mean you won't get good customer service? Quite the opposite actually; what we've discovered here is that old country type of friendless where ppl remember your name. Plus this branch is never crowded, so it's easier to get things done; especially if you're shopping in the store. You can do everything here that you can in one of the larger IBC branches except there's obviously no drive-thru. However there's an ATM machine inside which is nice when it's raining or cold outside, and of course you can bank online. Should you need a full service bank, I would suggest the IBC in Portland, not Rockport. Nobody is having a good time at the Rockport location, and it shows. Portland however, is super friendly; just like this Aransas branch. I like that the employees here are always decorating this little branch according to the seasons, or sometimes just to make the place look more personal / homey and less "bankish". Feels good coming here... The COVID mandate is effecting labor these days on just about every business and banks are no different. Some banks might actually be closed due to a shortage of staff. This branch opened a bit late a month or so ago, but that's all I've seen since we've been coming here. Things are just different in Small Town America...”
