Clean rooms, close to the beach but not necessarily within walking distance if you have a lot of stuff with you

Rooms were clean. Weatherstripping at bottom of door was half off. A/c worked ok but not great. Breakfast was good.

It’s a bed and location. Motel is tired and needs some attention- no elevators! Breakfast - get there before 9 am before food is Gone or cold. Moldy smell from closets and drawers. IHG is better
