“My grandson Otto and I stayed in Room 225 for four days in May for his birthday, and it was one of the most memorable trips we've ever taken. What makes this place special isn't luxury—it's the location, the views, and the atmosphere. The ocean view from Room 225 was incredible. Sitting up in bed with my morning coffee, I could watch the waves rolling onto the shore right from the room. The photos online don't fully capture how beautiful the views are or how much ocean you can see from inside. One of my favorite things about the property was how close it was to the beach. From our room, it took less than a minute to be standing by the water. I also loved the little seating area near the bridge leading to our building, where you could sit and enjoy the open ocean views. I was initially disappointed that there wasn't a gym, but I quickly realized the property is a workout all by itself. Between the hallways, stairways, beach access points, and walking back and forth to the water, I got plenty of exercise without even trying.The room was small but comfortable and included a kitchenette with everything we needed for simple meals. The staff were wonderful. Sean was friendly and helpful, Miranda made the booking process easy, and Paul was an absolute treasure. When he learned it was Otto's birthday, he gave him five dollars, which made Otto's day. His kindness toward guests, children, and animals was something special.
I was also impressed with how well the property seemed to stay on top of pest control, especially considering how close it is to the beach. This may not be a luxury resort, but that's not why we came. We came for the ocean, the beach, the peaceful atmosphere, and the chance to make memories together. The morning walks, beautiful views, and time spent with my grandson made this a trip we'll never forget.
Thank you to Sean, Miranda, Paul, and everyone else who helped make our stay so special. We'd happily stay here again.

“We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for just my daughter and me. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very informative upon our arrival, which made check-in easy. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do. My only small complaint was that the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.”

“Our stay at Old Town Cottages #14 in Port Aransas was perfect. The cottage was immaculate, with comfortable beds and pillows and a clean, well maintained pool. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus, and the location couldn’t be better close to stores, restaurants, and everything in town. The included golf cart made exploring Port A so easy. We loved this place and will definitely be returning for future visits!”

“This hotel was great. I loved it. The staff were so nice and it took less then a minute to get our rooms. The location is great. All the fun stuff is like 3-4 minutes away. The only resons I can find to complain is that the room floor was quite dirty and the door was all scratched up and needs to be repainted. Other than that I loved it. I will be back. Recommened by me to everybody.”

From the greeting upon arrival, to the crystal clean rooms, to the stellar breakfast... everything the property has to offer is top-notch. Hilton is a great brand, and I've stayed in many Hilton properties, but this one is an absolute Northstar.
