“Erika, Moe and Margaretia(SP?) are phenomenal. We stopped in a few weeks back just to get an idea of what we may want in regards to new livingroom furniture. Erika walked us around answering all of our questions. When we thought we knew what we wanted, Erika pulled it up on the computer to show us configurations and prices. I told her I was going to look around other local stores to make sure I was happy with my selection. Erika happily passed me a business card and asked me to call before making a purchase because she was confident Mike's could beat the price. After finding exactly what I wanted, I reached out to Erika to see what she could do. Not only did Erika beat the initial price, but after speaking to Moe, they brought it even LOWER! They made the entire process a breeze, and actually enjoyable. Margaretia handled our paperwork quickly, which I really appreciate since I had to get back across town for school pick up. Anytime my family is in the market for furniture, Mike's Furniture Port Arthur is the first place I'm reaching out to.
