“I'm leaving this review on the same day I was in store. I was helped by a very helpful guy named Micah F. I had a doozy of a problem thanks to some shenanigans that were invoked by Verizon chat / text support and apparently people who didn't know what they were doing at the port center. They get an F-. But Micah saved the day and my bacon by making sure my phone service was restored and got my mom's phone ported over finally before I had to leave to go back home to MI.
