“My phone needed a LCD screen because it was not showing the screen but it was still working they told me it would be 90 dollars and take about 45 minutes they replaced my LCD screen and also replaced my cracked screen and only charged me for the LCD screen Mr. Z you are the best and will definitely use your company again thank you so much Mr Z and the people at universal cellular y'all rock!!!! So they actually replaced my cracked screen for free!”

For several months I had made numerous calls to Viasat with promises that the erroneous charge had been removed only to have the charge re-appear. “After having horrible customer service at the Dowlen road location I went to this location and customer service from the time I walked in the door until I had upgraded my girlfriend and my phones was amazing the store had a great atmosphere had trouble transferring data from one of the phones to the new one but everyone in the store got in on the transfer to figure out what needed to be done to complete the transfer. Awesome team work. Very polite and professional at this location. Even after I left called back a couple of times with questions and everyone who answered the phone was very professional and patient and willing to answer any question I had. Will continue to go to this location for anything and everything I need.”

“I had the same iPhone 11 fixed here 3 times( not sure if it was because he didn’t fix it correctly or if my phone was just super messed up) it cost 100$ each time he fixed and and the third time I came in he fixed it for me for free because of how many times my phone messed up. The reason I came here is because another guy fixed my phone for 170$ at the mobile zone or wtv by the early childhood in lumberton and my phone was still messed up after he fixed it. But, the guy that fixed my phone here was super nice.”

“Believe it or not (I couldn't believe it), there was no wait. Dominic took me right in and completed all of my requests right away. (I was switching the type of cell phone service I had and added internet.) I was having difficulty doing this through the customer service phone number, and they requested I go into a corporate store, which I did. Dominic had the same issue I was having, but he contacted his person and was able to get the situation rectified. Dominc is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very, very kind. He's definitely an asset to Verizon.”
