One customer reported that a project was printed and laminated nicely and quickly, but they faced a long wait for pickup with inattentive service. Another encountered an issue where the print shop was unexpectedly closed. There have also been problems with online orders through ODP Business Solutions, where shipping address errors caused significant inconvenience. While remote customer service was unable to resolve one such issue, the local store staff handled it quickly and effectively, going above and beyond to help.
Came here for a FedEx shipment. The line was very busy and whole there were other employees working, no one would help the one person handling the line.

Printed and laminated a project nicely and quickly. However, I had to stand in a long line to pick it up while a young female clerk walked around aimlessly for at least ten minutes before she decided to acknowledge me and provide service. Recent changes in management have made the Port Arthur location an absolutely wonderful place to shop! Clean, neat and well stocked AND the employees all appear to like their jobs and their customers!
