I've never had issues here before but.... Called on Sunday to arrange a print job for Monday morning only to drive-in and find out that the print shop is closed and will not open until tomorrow.

I had a very poor customer service experience going into the port Arthur store to purchase a turbo tax CD for 2023 taxes. My main issue the waitress at I-Hop probably knew as much as their associates did and probably that same waitress could have come and checked me out quicker than the other associate at OFFICE DEPOT. BAD BAD BAD

15 min till closing I needed a printer for work. Knew exact 1 would've been done the 2 women just look at me like I'm stupid and then I call and no answer

I ask a worker if she could help me print something off the customer service desk since there is people in the self serve section looking at the printer like it's alien technology and I'm in a rush. She says "Sir as you can see there is a line in front of you so if you could wait, then I could help you okay? So go and wait in line." Rudely tells me to continue waiting even when she obviously doesn't know how to work a printer either. I do not have time to wait for her to figure out how to do her job so I left. Always a problem with this store.

Horrible service been doing business almost two years just get copies printed and cut. Order a copy and cut of 500 after that finding a different company to process my orders. Done and gone.

Port Arthur Store has poor poor customer service . Web site isn't updated because it says products are in store that aren't and no one seems to know if they will get them .

When in office depot, I asked an employee to help me with a desk. I asked if they had it and He looked up the item number for me and said yes we have the desk. Let me go get it.He came up front with a huge box while I was at the counter paying for the desk. I made it back to my office, opened the box, and it was the wrong desk! I called and was told to come back. I went back to office depot and spoke to the mamanger. He said which desk did you want...I showed him and he looked it up and said "unfortunately we are out of stock". I requested for the manager...he told me "im the manager". I began letting him know my disappointment in them because the worker made the decision to get a desk and did NOT tell me that they were initially out of stock. Do not make a decision for a customer if you are out of an item. Let the customer make the decision on what they want to purchase, if you are out of something. I did not like the desk that was given to me during my first visit. I had to settle for a desk I did not want. The manager told me there wasn't anything he could do. I asked to buy the desk off the show room floor. It was 89.99. He told me he couldn't do that because it wasn't discontinued (which i understand). But now I'm stuck with a desk I'm not happy with.

I ordered online through ODP Business Solutions on 9/19 like I always do. Part of the order was to be delivered to me but unfortunately some how it was changed to the billing address not the shipping address. I spent time on the phone 3 times with ODP Business Solutions customer service and 2 times with UPS hoping to get the shipping address situation resolved (over 2 hours dealing with this) Unfortunately due to the more detailed situation I will not be getting my package. I decided to call my local Port Arthur store since that's where it was shipped from. In just a few minutes the situation was resolved! I delt with Charles and Shelby. Mr. Charles has helped me in the past and is always a very nice man to get help from. This was my 1st time meeting Shelby and dealing with her. I felt they both went above and beyond to help me in just a few minutes. I'm so very thankful for their help and I was able to get exactly what I needed from them. Thank you Charles and Shelby!

I ordered a desk a chair and 4 book cases on 8/4/23.I received the desk and the 4 book cases on 8/8/23 but not the chair for my disable brother. When I called Office Depot on 8/11/23 I was told the driver did not want to deliver it. So I reordered it on 8/11/23 and was told it was would be delivered on 8/15/23.When I called on 8/16/23 Office Depot to ask about my chair that I ordered again on 8/11/23 I was told that it was canceled for some unknow reason. But that I could reorder it again for a third time and they promise to really really try this time to deliver it unless they choose not to.Update.They canceled my order again for my disable brother's chair.I don't why?

I don’t know who took over but the incompetence shows. Just terrible waiting time for the print center, employees act like it’s a big deal to work. There’s no cross training apparently because while there was a line at the print center the other peons just hung out and watched. The employees also need some people skills training, like asking if customers need help instead of standing around gossiping on their headsets.

The self printers never work properly and it cost $2.52 for office depot itself to print a single page.
