“CASSANDRA at the Bridge City branch is absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, my account was compromised for the second time this year. Other employees helped shut down my card and make sure no more money was moving without my permission, however when I called back and got Cassandra, she went above and beyond to track down where exactly the fraud started, how they had gotten a hold of my account and how they were able to transfer money among my checking and savings. It was great how she went through the trouble to get me answers instead of just taking the required steps. I have decided to shut down my account with Wellspring due to difficulty and restrictions of not having many branches, but even through this process Cassandra assisted and made this process easy and enjoyable given the circumstances. Thank you, Cassandra!”

My debt ratio was a bit high, but Patti went above and beyond and helped me secure a loan. Note that I don't usually attend this location and I used to utilize NFC on Dowlen Rd. This location will be my go-to now. Thank you again Patti for your outstanding customer service!”

“Some reviews criticize attitude and behavior of staff members. I've spoken with several members over the phone, and in person during my many interactions with this credit union. Never once been met with rude or bad behavior. One member also criticized NSF fees. That stands for Not Sufficient Funds. That's not on the credit union that you don't have enough funds, its also not on the credit union to cancel your ACH transfers/payments. Its in the writing when signing up for the account.”
