“Hello this was my first time ever in Bealls and I needed a grey outfit for church I found me a beautiful blouse and as I was getting ready to check out the manager asked was everything okay I asked her yes but do y'all have any skirts she said yes we have a few will guess what I found a nice Grey skirt the only one that had and it matches real nice with my blouse so I purchase both and I was so happy with the manager her name is Liz and the cashier name is JC she was nice as well so I will be going back to Bealls in the future and I will make sure I let somebody know about very nice clean place and the staff is wonderful thank you the singing customer.”

“I don’t write many reviews so when I do it’s either very good or very bad. And I will say buckle has the best customer service of any retail store I’ve ever seen. I just happened to do my exchange at this location but I have also shopped at the Woodlands and Memorial City locations and each time their employees are so friendly and always willing to help you. Typically I just buy jeans for my SO but I will be shopping there for myself more solely due to their amazing customer service.”

“as a hispanic couple, my husband and I walked in and immediately were greeted. we also brought our 1 year old with us and none of the employees seemed annoyed/bothered by his loud, presence. lol. Noah assisted my husband in getting pants and blazers tailored and gave us nothing but honest opinions the whole time. while checking out we were talking about dry cleaners and Chris the manager at the time chimed in and gave us a recommendation to where he goes to (we haven't checked it out yet, stay tuned) but overall these 2 gentlemen went above and beyond for my husband and definitely eased his nerves about coming here. 10/10 recommend. we will be back soon. thank y'all!”

“Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”

“I come here sometimes to get septum jewelry and I'll admit my last 2 experiences, I ran into some really rude employees, however today was different. I chose a cross necklace to buy and the red headed woman with glasses was incredibly friendly towards me! We talked about the band Ghost and other things and she seemed so sweet! “I went to this location Sunday (1/7/24) to get a tuxedo for an upcoming event. When I walked in, a few of the guys working there looked over when I walked in, said "Welcome to Men's Warehouse", then turned back around and continued talking among themselves. HIGHLY unprofessional. Portia was working the floor, tidying up the store. So I asked her if she could assist me. She asked me to step over to the counter and she would be directly with me. Absolute superb service and communication through the entire transaction. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars, is because she went above and beyond in my opinion. And if I ever have to return to that location for future business, I will only deal with her. Otherwise I will take my business somewhere else.”
