“Just wanted to give a big shout out to John C. W/Gtek !!!!! He is so helpful and very knowledgeable. Not to mention his customer service skills. (Which , in general is no more!!!) Gtek is very blessed to have someone like that on their crew!! He even called us back to make sure the service was back up and running good!! ( on a sat. night) Gtek really will take your calls 24 /7 . Which all of the competitors can not compete w/them. I know spectrum will not take your calls at anytime. Neither will xfinity . They are the best. They work w/ u and in 5 years never gone up in price.. so thank Gtek. And THANK YOU JOHN C!!!
