“We purchased my husband a new phone today..Carlie was our Sales Consultant...she is amazing...she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable...my husband had reservations and questions, but she made him feel comfortable..his phone had died, but she was able to transfer his information to his new phone. She is a valuable asset to T-Mobile and a joy to work with...if I could hire i would..keep up the great work Carlie!”
“Grace is the definition of a T-Mobile expert. She walked us through the whole process and we walked out with our Internet Gateway same day. If you are in the Corpus Christi area this is the only t mobile I would go to.”
“Had such a great experience with suyhae and taten and Alyssa all coming together and making my experience really good and overall worth coming in on this mothers day. I don’t understand how the last review was even valid they were all amazing. Doing their jobs the best they can with all the changed corporate makes people need to learn how to not project their frustrations out on the team members”
“Athena was amazing! She turned my “I dropped my phone in the water and Verizon national system being down for 4hrs” kind of day into an amazing day. I can guarantee you she wasn’t there, I would be an AT&T customer by now.”
“I use the reviews of others when making my decision on who to hire for a specific job because I believe reviews say it all. We hired Directek to complete our 8 channel Security Camera Installation and are more than pleased with the whole experience. Not only did they schedule to come out the very next day, but the price was exceptional, their knowledge was second to none, the customer service was just outstanding, they went above and beyond what was expected, and completed the job all in the same day. I am stunned with how well this Installation turned out! Super Professional job! I am definitely recommending Directek to everyone. If you are reading this, stop looking now and hire Adam and his crew at Directek to do your job. You will be glad you did!!!”
“Anthony was beyond helpful and extremely attentive to all of our needs. He assisted us with upgrades and truly went above and beyond by even helping me tether my watch to my phone. That level of service was unexpected, as it’s rare to come across someone with his kind of passion and dedication.
A big thank you to Anthony for the outstanding service—T-Mobile is truly privileged to have him on their team.”
“Frank came today and serviced the modem which was causing problems. WiFi working now.
Gilbert efficiently connected my wifi service advising me of the process throughout his work. He is also courteous and knowledgeable teaching me access to astound’s app on my phone. Thank you Gilbert.”
“Josh was awsome, helping my daughter & I find solutions, on how to speed up her phone, setup TLife, walked through on finding the right new cellphone. He is very informative, and genuinely cared about our needs vs only the number side of business.”
“Have a good experience in store so far but I think they need to keep extra stuff they market . Like the current iPhone and razr phone accessories as well . Just a suggestion for better service”
“We have been here at this location twice and both times it was very quick with an appointment with great customer service. This time Vee Hernandez helped us and she was very professional!!”
