“I went in there to make a firearm purchase. I was greeted by the friendliest older gentleman who helped me select the right firearm for me. The transaction went very smoothly. Pawn shops usually get a bad rap, and people usually write a review to complain. I'm assuming people complain on here because they don't get what they are asking for and they don't know how a pawn shop functions. The "Ma and Pa" environment is a much better experience than a larger chain such as EZ Pawn. And people who think they would receive better customer service there are nuts.”

“Outstanding service and amazing merchandise. I came in with my good friend, because we were looking for an engagement ring for him. When I say we got the best customer service I’ve ever experienced I am not exaggerating. He helped us with everything we needed. The nice lady there also was very pleasant, and patient with us when we came back because we forgot to take pictures. I will be back to get my engagement ring here. They can do custom rings based on the band you can put whatever gem they have in it. I am personally going with onyx(to give you a scope for the range of gems available.) Thanks guys!”
