“Went in this morning to get mine and my son’s passport done. The whole experience was SUPER fast and Dennis provided exceptional service. He was very nice and answered any questions I had without making me feel like a burden. We showed up a little bit before my appointment and we were in and out within 15-20 minutes for both my son and I. Definitely would recommend coming here for passport services! “For the most part, the postal workers at 6 Points Post Office are very helpful and friendly. Service is reliable and relatively quick. I get many shipments from Amazon and they put them in a cart for my use to take them out to my vehicle. Once in a while, a box will be placed where the counter workers can't see it to pick up to give to me. Once I realize that something is missing, I have to return to the counter with my package tracking to make sure they have looked everywhere for my box. So far, I haven't lost anything over the years. Overall, getting my mail and packages sent to the post office rather than my street address is secure and quite superior. Peace of mind knowing with free P.O. Box "Street Addressing", I will always get my mail and internet mail orders no matter which shipper is used. I very much hope USPS does NOT close this location!”

“I had a great experience when I went in to get my passport application processed on August 7th. The postal lady (wish I remembered her name). She has a baby girl…was super nice and helpful. She did not rush me along and answered all of my questions. I’m sending my son in there tomorrow and hopefully he gets the same level of courtesy-”
“The post office doesn't get much positive press so I wanted to help change that vision. I messed up an address. Tried calling vendors and online services to help. Finally decided to go to the source. So thankful I did! Morgan at the front desk was kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. She helped me track the packages, make the changes in the system and passed on to her supervisor who called the driver and then me within 20 minutes. Grateful that my packages have now arrived and the changes needed were made. It's all about relationships. These folks were awesome! Way to go USPS!”
