“I had to return an item today and I didn’t realize that they just closed Until I pulled on the door and it was locked. I was probably about five minutes after the close time and they were kind enough to let me in and restart their computer and allow me to send my package. That’s customer service!!!!!”

“I love this little Post Office. Convenient and barely ever a line. Yes, they do not do credit/debit cards. Cash or check only. They are a contracted USPS post office and are limited to some functions, but overall it’s great. The Lady who runs it, Priscilla, is very kind and helpful as well as the rest of the staff.”

“For the most part, the postal workers at 6 Points Post Office are very helpful and friendly. Service is reliable and relatively quick. I get many shipments from Amazon and they put them in a cart for my use to take them out to my vehicle. Once in a while, a box will be placed where the counter workers can't see it to pick up to give to me. Once I realize that something is missing, I have to return to the counter with my package tracking to make sure they have looked everywhere for my box. So far, I haven't lost anything over the years. Overall, getting my mail and packages sent to the post office rather than my street address is secure and quite superior. Peace of mind knowing with free P.O. Box "Street Addressing", I will always get my mail and internet mail orders no matter which shipper is used. I very much hope USPS does NOT close this location!”

He looked at all my paperwork since it was going to a military base. He made sure everything was correct. Now that’s what I call a great helpful and caring person. Thank you again.”

“Change of experience from 1 to 5 all in a matter of 1 hour. Original review : I’ve called this place already 12 times today trying to even have an option to talk with anybody or speak with anybody. It is impossible. I am just curious who creates these answering systems that literally are meant not to take you anywhere and they hang up the phone after telling you some nonsense that you did not even call about this is 2026. This is absurd. 1 star review at 9am
Later ON”LY ( person that helped me) found out why package wasn’t delivered, reached out to Carrier , carrier went back to site try to redeliver to find out business owner was(most of the time) not there again. While business owner never even saying these things and just saying he didn’t get the package.

“I had a great experience when I went in to get my passport application processed on August 7th. The postal lady (wish I remembered her name). She has a baby girl…was super nice and helpful. She did not rush me along and answered all of my questions. I’m sending my son in there tomorrow and hopefully he gets the same level of courtesy-”
