“It's a parts retail store. Usually pretty helpful folks working at the counter! Prices for certain things are silly high compared to the prices for the same products at Walmart just down the road. But of course the stores themselves don't have control over that. You pay extra for the convenience and the ability to consult with staff at the counter.”

“Came in tonight to buy new windshield wipers before the ice storm got bad. Was greeted by Nick and Tracey who helped me find the right wipers, and went out to install them before I left. The first one went on easily, but BMW being BMW had to punish us for avoiding the $250 dealership blades. The second one absolutely refused to click. Enter Barney - the star of the show, a light at the end of a tunnel, a hero in the flesh. Barney braved the freezing, pouring rain for over 10 minutes trying to help me. He brought out a second blade, and braved the elements for another 10+ minutes waging war against the seemingly imbattable German beast. Unwilling to cede, he retrieved the talisman of his Autozone armament - a wiper with interchangeable connectors. Dripping wet, freezing in the cold, the two of us dealt our death blow - and heard the beautiful click we had been fighting for. Victory.
Joking aside, I’m immensely grateful for Barney and his willingness to stand in the pouring, icy cold rain until my problem was solved. The world needs more People who are willing to help a stranger the way he did. Thanks a million Barney!”

“They don't carry a lot of the cosmetic stuff, but if you ask, they can typically have it next day, if you order it early enough. And they're more like a great "Mom and Pop" type, rather than a chain. They know their stuff and you can't best the price for the quality!”

“This is the best place to go for quality and price!! I was in a wreck and had terrible damage to my car, the other party at fault did not have insurance. I originally went to caliber and was quoted 10K! I decided to try here, and was quoted around 5-6k. By the end of it the price was just under 5. Seems a little weird right that it could be done for half the price? nope everything was great! I got scheduled to bring it in the following week, and it was done by the end of that week! And you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was even given some money back after it was complete because he ended up not needing it all! I will never take my car anywhere else now and you shouldn’t either if you want honest and quality work :) The owner Bob has awesome vibes, I knew even just after the first phone call asking if there was a time I could bring my car for an estimate that it was going to be a much experience then at any other car shops.”

“I don’t even know where to begin. These guys are the BEST In Grayson co. Hands down. They fixed a part on my 07 Honda odyssey that I could not replace. The guys used their expertise and knowledge and the intelligence they possess to get my part refurbished to factory spec. Shouts to all my friends up there. If you need ac lines, hydraulic lines, or hydraulic rams fixed this is your one stop shop. Not to mention, these guys eat breathe and sleep small block Chevy. Every part in stock ?. Also there you will find, besides a super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and not to mention they have been in business for 60 years, an arrangement of specialty items that the box stores don’t have. They won’t talk to you like you’re stupid, they will listen and give you the attention you deserve.

“Good prices expert service and I noticed that on some of the reviews the alternator did not work he test the alternator on his machine before it’s sent out . I’m a mechanic and the car itself could have had a issue such as no power to the regulator wire or the problem can be in the computer itself as most new cars regulate voltage threw the computer. I’ve had problems with a few of his builds but he always stands behind his work , and no one is perfect except Jesus Christ.”
