“When do you find a mechanic that is reasonable and honest? I recently took my vehicle there asking for a specific repair to be done and they quoted me a specific price. Once all was said and done, they found that what I was asking to be repaired was unnecessary and fixed the vehicle at a significant lower price. And I mean significant! They could have just a as easily completed what I asked and never said a word. Very honest couple of men. It's now my go to mechanic..”

“Exceptional!!! Toyota platinum recommended three things to be done to my Rav 4 hybrid which has 26,000 miles. Costing several hundred dollars worth of work. One being an alignment. So I took it to John Chak's.
Not only did I NOT need Toyota's recommendations. They found the front and back right control arm needed to be replaced. My car is still under warranty.
So Toyota will perform the repair. After my 4 free oils changes from Toyota I will be taking my car to John Chak's!
Toyota agreed with John Chak's assessment. The part has been ordered and it will cost me zero. So very appreciative of John Chak!!!!

“This is the best place to go for quality and price!! I was in a wreck and had terrible damage to my car, the other party at fault did not have insurance. I originally went to caliber and was quoted 10K! I decided to try here, and was quoted around 5-6k. By the end of it the price was just under 5. Seems a little weird right that it could be done for half the price? nope everything was great! I got scheduled to bring it in the following week, and it was done by the end of that week! And you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was even given some money back after it was complete because he ended up not needing it all! I will never take my car anywhere else now and you shouldn’t either if you want honest and quality work :) The owner Bob has awesome vibes, I knew even just after the first phone call asking if there was a time I could bring my car for an estimate that it was going to be a much experience then at any other car shops.”

The next day they sent me a thorough list of recommended repairs, and Duane took the time to go over everything with me and help prioritize what needed to be done first. Communication was easy, and I was able to approve the estimate and repairs by text.
The prices were reasonable, the parts were quality and insured, and my truck runs great now. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good customer service and quality work.
