This is perhaps the most honest, and transparent service shop I have ever experienced ! They listened, were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
After doing the repairs and diagnostics on my truck, they showed me a report of all things done, along with some future concerns.
Rope (service advisor) explained what was repaired, and some issues I may want addressed in the near future.
Anyone looking for another auto repair shop I would highly recommend A&O.
They are friendly, knowledgeable, with a clean state of the art repair shop, and a hometown atmosphere.. I plan on doing all my future business with A&O.
