“Excellent service! I called the store 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Cole, the branch manager, answered the phone. I had a bad fan motor on my A/C unit with outside temperatures in the high 90's. He helped me identify the motor I needed, took payment and left the new motor in a secure location for me to pick up because I couldn't get there until well after closing. He even sent me a text message with a picture of the item in the location to make sure it was there and help me locate it. That was above and beyond to help me make sure I got A/C back in my house as quickly as possible. Thank you Cole!”
“Typical ACE hardware. Some hard to find items not available in the big box. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Treat them as you want to be treated. They take their security seriously so don't be offended at the signs and the controlled entry and exit paths. Look, it's better than having everything locked up. Being that most Ace hardware stores are franchises they cannot afford the petty theft so rampant these days. Online inventory needs some work as it's not always accurate.”

“They have always been very helpful, and accommodating, but the latest was over the top, good. I have been having problems with the sewer draining for over half a year. Their advice, and the rental of their equipment, has made for a very nice Christmas for me, and many others. The problem was almost assured to be in the City sewer system, but getting them to fix it, proved to be impossible. The drain snake was over the top heavy duty, but they thru in work gloves, which I would not have had otherwise. They proved to be a tremendous blessing when I got my fingers, particularly my pinkie, tied up in the extremely strong, steel cable. This not only fixed my problems, but the stench that was coming from the sewer, down the street. So, it was a tremendously good day for a lot of people! Thanks to Home Depot!”
“This place is superb!! I needed a piece of floor trim and couldn't find my particular one anywhere! I went to Lowes, Home Depot and nobody had my particular trim. I was told to check out main street lumber and millwork. So I go in and was greeted by the friendly and kind Lisa, who went out of her way to get the piece I needed!!
