Aurora Gardens RV & Tinyhome Village is a nice, quiet, and peaceful park. It is described as super dark at night and really quiet, offering privacy and seclusion. Many residents appreciate their own fenced-in yard for their RV, providing plenty of space. The location at the end of a peninsula means there is hardly any traffic. The business has undergone a change of ownership, which brought some initial growing pains and issues that needed to be rectified. The new owners are acknowledged as nice and caring, working methodically and quickly to address undisclosed problems. A new full-time park host is present and seems to want to help everyone have a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Substantial improvements have been made. The laundry room has been refurbished with all machines working properly. A professional landscape company now maintains the grounds, medians, and irrigation every other week, also spraying for weeds. Pest control occurs on a set schedule. A new septic company has addressed the system, performing clean outs and repairs. The park is very nicely maintained. While occasional temporary weather-related electrical outages can happen, residents report no major issues worth being upset about. Overall, it is considered a great place, with many guests and residents expressing happiness and confidence in the park's future as a safe and enjoyable community.

We have been here a year and yes there has been some issues with the change of ownership but they seem to be working things out. Now that we have a new host, Tracy, full time things things are getting worked out.

I really like this evening park it is quite and nice never had any problems here new owners are nice and caring. So happy with it here.
