“My experience with FerrellGas has always been good! To start with, we were with a competitor who could not be relied on when we had a gas leak from the tank. Wouldn't do a thing about the leak. Gas was spewing heavily. So, we called Ferrellgas, got a quote, and in a week's time, we had a new tank and service. The installer was great as well. The customer service when called has always been friendly. They even told me up front when to expect delivery. When I put my order in, then I know when in the month the driver will show up. Our last delivery was great! The driver was friendly and answered all my questions. Love these Guys!!! Couldn't be happier. BTW...the competitor just showed up this week (after a year) to pick up the leaky tank.”
