UPDATE 08/20 - The District office reached out and rectified the situation. The local delivery changed the lock out and we had everything updated appropriately.
Moved to Princeton area on July 18.
Attempted to go to the post office on Saturday, the 19th, but it states online they are closed. Onsite, it says they are under a remodel and only open on saturdays for 2 hours.
I called the main line for customer service, and they stated there wasn't any information that there would be a remodel. They made a report on July 31st around 4pm through the main line, while i was standing in the post office trying to ring the bell.
Spoke to the district customer care today, and they state that the office is open and back to normal. She states that she just called the office and they answered. I just tried to call the Princeton office 3 times, there was no answer. I dont want to drive up there just to be turned away. Im just trying to get my mail box key, that's it. Havent had access to my own mail since July 18.

UPDATE: Kris reached out to me this morning and came and made it right! They inspected the box to see it was really dirty and that's why the key isn't working and assured me they will be cleaning it out so it is usable but they have taken all the keys for now to get the key holes checked to make sure they're all good and usable.
Appreciative for caring and actually trying to fix it!
Would like someone to get ahold of me so I don't have to CONSTANTLY go in person...I tried to call but cannot seem to reach anyone at this local office...TWO TIMES NOW I have gotten packages put in the cluster box at Monticello Park and the E2 box key hole is BROKEN, YOU CANNOT TURN IT TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. I TRIED, MY HUSBAND TRIED. WE TRIED WITH ALL OUR STRENGTH, IT WON'T BUDGE.
I am sick of having to go up there and ask them to place it in a new box and wait 24 hours to get it placed in another locker box.

I think they only deliver mail on certain days. I have informed delivery and saw that a ck I was waiting for was supply to be delivered. Here it is Wednesday and have not gotten ANY mail in 3 days. This seems to be an ongoing problem.

Best Post office ever! Small town vibes but big city missions- they make sure your packages are taken care of and will let you know when they’re gonna be there. Good, kind people :) 🙏🏻

I hand delivered my mail to a gentleman at the counter on April 23rd, paid for postage and advised I would like the enveloped mailed. He said thank you, gave me a receipt and I left the post office. Today is May 5th and mail has yet to make it to its destination. I will come back and update this post if it ever shows up.

Natalie was quick on getting with the carrier about my package marked delivered, but not being in the parcel locker in our neighborhood. Turns out the carrier just gave us the wrong key to one of the empty bigger lockers for packages, and issue was fixed the same day I called by getting the correct key to where the package was left.

I experienced an issue regarding a package placed in my mail box in our Cluster Box Unit. i submitted a request and Kris (not sure if I'm spelling it right) gave me a call within the hour explaining why she thinks it happened and how they were going to fix it. Issue was resolved same-day. Great customer service!

They have lost my last two paychecks and never delivered them and have also delivered other peoples mail to my address even tho I’ve tried correcting them multiple times
