The store manager was horrible. Terrible customer service. From the time I walked in, he acted like I was inconveniencing him from watching whatever he had on a computer, and says “what you need?”
Then I asked if I need to sign in and all he says is “naw take a seat”
He was messing around with other employees while customers are waiting for help. I had my son with me and the store manager was cussing loud enough for my son to hear.
I dont know his name, he was a short black dude with ear rings and lime green balenciaga shoes. He needs work on his customer service/experience skills

Both my wife and I lost our phones (long stories) and went into the ATT store at Gates of Prosper where we had the good fortune of meeting Matt. Not only did Matt get us new phones at very reasonable rates, but he also, in my case, decipheedr the maze of Apple to retrieve my sign in information so I didn't have to wait a week to reactivate my account. Matt was friendly, efficient, polite and extremely knowledgeable as he patiently walked us through the steps. When I got home, I ran into several problems on my new phone and left a message for Matt to call me, which he did promptly and again walked me through the steps I needed to get up and running. Matt is a real pro and deserves high praise. My wife and I have a high bar for service and Matt cleared it with grace and style. If you need a phone, help with service or just someone who can fix any phone tech problem you encounter, I highly recommend you head for this store and ask for Matt. You will be, as we were, pleased and impressed. Steve Dini

Terrible service nobody even helped me, the worker kept skipping my name on the screen. I seen a worker went an talked to 2 people that just had walked in before even talking to me. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. I will not be coming back to this att unprofessional as hell

This store used to be great, with staff that cared about customers but it’s clear things have changed here. When I walked in I already heard one associate named Mario arguing loudly with another customer. I was working with Matt to try and replace my phone screen which has a “lifetime replacement” warranty and he informed me that this store which used to replace the screens no longer would honor the warranty because “AT&T was losing too much money”. I was also trying to replace a cord that stopped working and they informed me I needed a receipt…but I bought in that exact store and they found it on my purchase history… this is where Mario comes over and tells me “this is the way of the world”. No it is not my friend, it is just poor customer service and misguided perspective.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this AT&T store deserves attention. I visited for a promotion that the staff confirmed multiple times. After transferring lines and purchasing devices, the terms changed, The main purpose of this store is Dishonesty.

Every single person I dealt with at this store made me feel like I was dealing with the same kind of tactics you get from phone scammers that will call none stop when you move to Att. In my experience, they tried to take advantage of me at every step. And honestly, Dalton the manager was the most dishonest and misleading of all.

Andres at the AT&T store in the Gates of Prosper, Prosper, TX was very helpful in helping me to get rid of a scam on my phone. I had been dealing with it for 3 days. Andres also gave me tips to avoid these types of scams. Thank you, Andres & AT&T.

Cedric was extremely helpful! I was in and out of the store with a new phone in 15 minutes! He was also extremely knowledgeable and kind! It was a pleasant experience.
