Great place for all crafts and items but their coupon system and discount need to be better. I think they give out coupons and discount applicable to only certain locations which is odd as a Michaels is a Michaels. If I'm wrong then sorry

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a specific type of pen and the sales associate actually was a pen and ink artist so she knew her stuff and gave me the correct pen. Thank you!
