“I've been searching everywhere for this popular Halloween item for my son, and this past weekend, thanks to the kindness and outstanding customer service from Madeleine and Marc, we finally found it!
Even though they were incredibly busy unloading new merchandise, Madeleine went above and beyond by taking the time to ask & Marc checked in the back, instead of simply telling me to come back another day. A few moments later, They came around the corner holding the item I had been looking for. I couldn't believe it! My son was absolutely thrilled, and it's all he's talked about ever since. It felt like finding the golden ticket! 😅
I can't thank Madeleine and Marc enough for their thoughtfulness and the incredible customer service they provided. The staff here didn't just point me to an aisle—they truly helped me track down exactly what I was looking for. That kind of service is hard to find these days.
