I’ve been taking my dog here for baths for a while now. They have great facilities and very friendly staff. The manager or team lead I spoke with today at checkout was excellent. Despite being part of a large chain, it feels like a family-owned store.

Today, my wife and I stopped by Pet Supplies Plus in Prosper, and Peter was wonderful. We found excellent deals for our Frenchie babies at home. This will surely be our new favorite spot for dog food. Thanks, Peter!

My dog, 🐶 Ms. Eleven, and I 🙋🏻♀️ absolutely love Pet Supplies Plus in Prosper!
Their in-store bathing corner is a lifesaver. It's like a spa day for both of us! They offer a great selection of 3-5 shampoos, a spacious and clean bathing area with warm water, fresh towels, and they even disinfect the area after each use. It's so convenient and relaxing, and Ms. Eleven always comes out looking and smelling fantastic. 🫧🐶🫧💕
Highly recommend this location to any pet parent looking for an stress-free bathing experience!"

Dog grooming,
I had a 10 am. appointment... I was told it would take 4 hours. It is now 2:20 pm, almost four and a half hours. I go in and see the one and only groomer working on another dog. I am told she was being dried, and it would be another 30 minutes.
1. You should not be working on other dogs until mine is completed.
2. It says a lot that you can't find another groomer to work for you. How bad of an employer are you?
I left the store, got to my car, and received a text saying she was done. Did she need 30 minutes, or did they not do the brushing the groomer said she needed to do.
The groomer was very nice the manager was very nice. It doesn't change the fact that this is wrong.
If I went to a barber and my Barber left me to work on someone else, then came back to me, I wouldn't let that happen. Why is it okay because it's a dog?

I am writing this because of one employee specifically. I came in looking for a bunch of new stuff that I knew nothing about. Rachael walked with me from isle to isle to make sure I know exactly what the options were. Broke down pros and cons, and even suggested a food slightly cheaper that would suit my dog better. Was patient. Made sure I knew the ingredients. Told me what he let’s use. If there was a definition of a perfect employee, Rachael is that! Thank you so so much!

If 0 stars was available that is what I would give this store. There was no literature on their “policy” that apparently states that they won’t take a dog with a heart murmur. Even if it was diagnosed last month and he isn’t on medication. It should be a question on the application for a grooming appointment. I will not be shopping at this store anymore. They have lost my business. I wasted an entire afternoon and booked 3 weeks in advance. I’m super frustrated. It’s absurd.
