Public Storage in Prosper offers a well-maintained and clean facility that is easily accessible. Reserving a space is a free and easy process with no commitment, including an online eRental option to skip the counter. The local staff receives consistent praise for being superb, friendly, attentive, helpful, and kind, providing personal attention that exceeds tenant needs. However, a recurring issue is the elevator being consistently broken, which is problematic for customers with second-floor units. The facility is recommended for its convenient location and enjoyable service.
Great experience! The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. A special thank you to Crystal for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I truly appreciate her support. Highly recommend this location!

Greg helped me with getting my unit and he was great! He guided me through all the details and took the time to walk me through the unit and I appreciated that, even had a few dad jokes which were great! Thanks Greg! You were awesome!
