“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”
“Auto Transport was very nice to move a car. The reservation was made on site and the person who did it and inspected my vehicle was quick and pleasant. When I went to pick it up, it was ready and again an efficient and pleasant staff. Upon return, I met yet another pleasant and efficient person that did the inspection and drop. All in all, it was a great experience.
