“I visited this Carter’s store with my mother-in-law to buy clothes for two new babies in our family—a boy and a girl. Marcie, the store manager, and Kim, the assistant manager, were incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my rewards account that took some time to fix, and they were both very patient and accommodating while helping me resolve it. Their customer service was excellent and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. We’ll definitely be coming back to this store for more baby shopping!”

“Great little Lego store. Small but packed and in the corner of the shopping center. So not easily seen. All their mini-figs are on the wall so you can see them which is awesome. Lots of great pre-built sets of decent prices. New and used sets at really good prices as well. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend”

“Really nice people. I brought in some of my son’s legos now that he’s moved out. They went through them, found some that were somewhat rare and weighed the rest. They offered an in store credit or a reasonably discounted cash value. I can’t recommend them enough. It’s also a Lego-wonderland in there, worth the trip just to see the collections!”

“Rachel and Andrew were the best and amazing Lego people I’ve ever met. As soon as I walked in, Andrew immediately came over to us and made us feel welcomed, giggling and all. Loved the environment they created here. Rachel is super sweet, she went above and beyond by bringing out a new Lego box of mini figs! Andrew and Rachel 10/10 coming here again only if they on da floor thx mwah”

“Everything you could ask for in terms of selection and vintage toys. If you are a wrestling fan looking for vintage toys...this is your go-to. They have a MASSIVE section in the back with nothing but wrestling figs. I'll be back as soon as I'm in the area!”

“The past few weeks at work have been rough. The kind of rough that just sits in your head long after you leave the office. I needed a breather, so I decided to stop by Bricks & Minifigures. Ryan, who works there, saw me and casually asked, “How’s your day going?” Instead of giving the usual “I’m good,” I was honest. I told him I’d had a pretty crappy day at work. What happened next wasn’t customer service. It was simple human kindness. He listened. He gave me space to vent. He acknowledged what I was feeling without trying to fix it or rush the conversation. Funny enough, that genuine interaction put me in such a better mood that I ended up buying even more LEGO than I planned. 😅 Moments like that are why places like Bricks & Minifigures stand out. People remember how you make them feel. Thank you, Ryan. I genuinely appreciate your kindness. It made a much bigger difference than you probably realized.”

“Cute toy store with a variety of toys and gifts for all ages. The store clerk didn't greet me when I came in and didn't ask if I needed anything. I was the only one in the store. Things were moderately priced.”

“Love everything about this store! We are lucky to have a learning express conveniently located in Frisco! What a great spot to grab a birthday present!! The birthday boy/girl is able to fill a basket with all of their birthday wishes for you to choose from. They wrap for you in the cutest paper and ribbons while you wait. Right now they are doing Easter pails personalized when you make an Easter purchase! I love getting the mail flyers because they include a coupon. The staff and owner are kind and super generous, supporting our local elementary school each year with a wonderful donation. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back in soon.”

“They finally have Chiikawas here! Miniso has a bit of everything from plushies, knick knacks and beauty products. Their inventory constantly changes. The staff is very helpful every time I visit. Sometimes their registers can be funky even the self check out. Everything aside, it's a kawaii and fun store to shop at.”
